Returns & Exchanges

Whether you have simply changed your mind or the product is not suitable, you may return the merchandise within 10 days of receiving your items for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Online orders can be returned by mail. The return is at EspaceMini's expense. If the merchandise is broken or defective, we will send you a prepaid return label by email. Write to us to know the procedure in detail.

Refunds will be made within 1 to 2 business days following the reception of the returned order in store.

Products must be in perfect condition, in new condition, except for defective or damaged products. This means that the product must meet the following conditions:

- Be in its original packaging, with labels and instruction booklets.

- Be in its original condition (unused/unwashed/untried)

- Be clean and free of unusual odors or pet hair

- Custom orders are final sales. No refunds or returns will be accepted except for damaged or broken products.
